August 2026 - Impressionism
A style that captures a scene's mood, atmosphere, and fleeting moments, like the Impressionist
painting movement. Emphasise light and colour over sharp detail. Key characteristics include soft
focus, blurred edges, and a painterly quality. The goal is to convey an emotional impression or feeling
rather than a precise, realistic documentation.

April 2026 - Forms In Nature
Capture the shapes, patterns, textures, and lines inherent in the natural world. Emphasize shapes
and patterns Look for repeating patterns, natural shapes like lines, triangles, and circles, and display
them in a compelling composition. (The image may include man made elements but the dominant part
of the image must be natural)

March 2026 - Movement
Freeze motion and capture a sharp moment in time, or create motion blur showing movement. Other methods include panning, where the camera moves with a subject to keep it sharp while blurring the background, and intentional camera movement (ICM), where the camera is moved during a long exposure to create abstract, streaky effects. (the sense of movement must be evident).
